According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" the buyer has the right to exchange the product for a similar within 14 days, if the purchased product did not fit the shape, size, style, color, size or other reasons, and if the appearance, labels and design a document issued by the seller together with the goods.

Return procedure:
Leave a request for a return or replacement of goods, indicating the reason, by calling the online store or by writing a message to the mail 7ya1.store@gmail.com. Mandatory with the order number. Our manager will contact you to clarify all the details.
Return or replacement of goods is made in the same way in which the order was delivered.
Terms and conditions of the refund:
The money will be returned to the bank card with which the payment was made, within 2-7 days, or issued in cash at the place of return of the goods.
