What is BLAGODAR cheese?
BLAGODAR cheese is a combination of meadow grasses, crystal water, lovingly raised cows that give unique milk, unique healthy starter cultures, the skill of Milkiland cheese makers and time. This is how these premium cheeses are born.
The cheese is made from selected milk from farms.
Taste: well-pronounced cheesy, full-bodied, slightly sweetish, with a spicy fruit aftertaste.
Consistency: the curd dough is firm; when bent, it is difficult to break with uneven pieces. For cheese 6 months. maturation is characterized by a somewhat fragile structure.
Single cells of a rounded shape are possible.
Serving cheese for tasting and consumption is recommended at room temperature.
It goes well with semi-dry and dry red wines, grapes, honey and nuts.
The cheese ripens in semi-darkness for at least 3 and 6 months. During this time, the taste and individual shades and overtones are formed, which make up its uniqueness. The longer the aging time, the more piquant the taste and the more fragile the texture becomes.
